Pricing

My rates are competitive and transparent ensuring you get the best value for your money. There is no VAT added to any of my packages.

Retainers

Starting from £300 per month - for 10 hours *Minimum 3 months. Ideal for ongoing support. Payment upfront on a monthly basis, for secured time.

Ad-hoc

£30 per hour *Minimum 2 hours per booking. Ideal for those that only need a few hours a month. Hours are tracked and reported so you only pay for the time you use.

Hi, I’m Heather Baker. I'm based in Bedfordshire, but working virtually allows me to reach a wider client base. Having spent 16 years honing my administration and customer service skills in the retail, property valuation, survey and the heritage sectors, I decided to strike out on my own, using the breadth of my experience to provide quality administrative support to UK small business owners as a Virtual Assistant.
